Arranging Documents And Media Portlet

To arrange the Documents and Media portlet, click on the wrench symbol at the top point of the portlet window and select Configuration. The portlet- specific customizations show up on the Setup tab. To change your Documents and Media portlet's top-level folder, click Select beside Root Folder, scan to the folder you'd get a chance to be your new top-level folder, and click Save. The root folder is the highest-level folder that is approachable from the Documents and Media portlet. In case, assume you create an folder called My Documents in the Documents and Media portlet's default Home folder. Provided that you set the My Documents folder to be your portlet's new root folder, the Home folder never again be accessible.
